N&R’s own office uses extensive natural light, existing brick and floor finishes and energy efficient mechanical systems to create a sustainable space that also expresses its identity as a creative, hands-on community of designers. Whitewashed poplar pods for senior staff and a teleconference room serve as organizing elements of the open loft space, creating smaller collaborative work areas and material libraries in between. Custom sliding fabric panels provide ample pin-up space across from the meeting table.
